Studio Policies + Rules
Please use the BACK entrance only.
How to enter:
Parking can be located in the back private parking lot (off of Ainslie St. N) or across the street at Food Basics. There is a gate, the gate will be open.

**Security and Safety:**
- Do not leave personal items in cars or the studio for security reasons
- In case of issues, contact Hilary at 647-285-5310 or Tiffany at 226-218-6937.
- Please close all doors behind you when leaving the building.
Like all great things in life, there are a few rules to understand.
**Note:** We regularly enhance our studio spaces with furniture changes and new installations. Stay updated through our website and @parkhillstudios on social media for the latest changes.
STUDIO RULES
1. All bookings are final. No refunds. *It is your responsibility to check if there will be an installation during your booked time.
***PLEASE NOTE**
Due to the busy Holiday season, studio credit for weekend bookings will only be given with 10 days notice.
Studio Credit will be given accordingly:
Weekends (Fri, sat, sun):
72 hours notice for weekends, full studio credit
48 hours notice of weekends, 50% studio credit
Less than 48 hours notice, no studio credit
Weekdays (Monday-Thursday):
48 hours notice or more, full studio credit
24 hours or more, 50% studio credit
Less than 24 hours, no studio credit
2. Please arrive and leave on time for your scheduled appointment. A grace period of 5 minutes before and after your booking will be given. Overtime will be charged accordingly, for any rentals that begin before or end after your booked time slot:
20 minutes $45
40 minutes $90
60 minutes $135
*if you're needing to add an extra hour to your booking, please call in advance/during your appointment to ask if this is possible, if you do not call ahead, you will be billed accordingly
3. Please clean up after yourself after every shoot. BE RESPECTFUL OF OTHERS and leave the studio as you would like it seen when you arrive for a shoot. Minimum $120 cleaning fee will apply if failed to do so. For safety, we have security cameras which will only be checked upon incident.
4.Music is controlled by the remote for the speaker and through Spotify on the iPad. Please have fun and be respectful of our neighbours.
5. Security cameras with audio and video recording are present on site, this is for security, safety and property purposes, as well as ensuring rentals are adhered to. These videos will not be shared.
6. No dirty shoes please. Especially in the fall/winter.
7. DO NOT DRAG the furniture across the floor. Please have someone help you to move heavy items and make sure to put the furniture back into the place it was when you came in.
8. No alcohol in studio unless provided a permit.
9. We reserve the right to use any photos taken in the studio for use of studio promotion and in doing so we will credit the appropriate artists, photographers, etc.
10. The studio is not responsible for your personal belongings while you use the facility, whether left behind in the studio or in your car during your visit.
