RENT OUR SPACE
Finding an open, bright, naturally lit, and clutter-free space for the morning of your wedding that can also comfortably host all of your closest friends and family can seem stressful and frankly, next to impossible. With our 10ft windows stretching across the entire space, white walls and light floors, Melrose studio space acts as the perfect neutral environment for your getting-ready space without the hassle and costly over-night stays of hotels or home rentals.

WHAT TO EXPECT

Yes! You’re welcome to bring in any food and drinks you’d like, please just be conscious to clean up/throw out any coffee cups, etc. in the garbage provided
** You can certainly bring a few bottles of bubbly to pop while enjoying the space, however, any personal events with more alcoholic beverages will require a Special Occasion Permit, which you will need to obtain prior to your rental. You can find the application at this link:

We have one 4ft folding table in the studio storage closet, which you are welcome to use, as well as all of our usual lounge furniture, coffee tables and soft seating. You’re welcome to bring in any additional tables and chairs if you need.

Yes! It is located in our storage closet, you are welcome to borrow it during your rental. Please put it back after!

Yes, all of our rentals are required to leave the studio as they found it, for the next guests. If there is an excessive mess or damage, you will be charged an additional cleaning fee.

No, we require all personal items to be taken out of the studio when your rental ends. If you forget something, please let us know!
