Cancellation Policy - All bookings for Holiday Photos with Santa are non-refundable. Due to the limited number of time slots and high demand, once your session is booked, we are unable to provide refunds for cancellations or no-shows.
If you are unable to attend your scheduled time, you may transfer your booking to a friend or family member by notifying us at least 24 hours in advance via email at hello@parkhillstudios.ca. Please note that the name on the booking must be updated prior to the session.
