  • The Park Hill Education Scholarship grants the recipient complimentary access to Day 2 of our three-day workshop retreat:

    • Access to Day 2 of the Retreat
      Capture content across three distinct editorial scenes, professionally designed for wedding-focused portfolios.

    • VIP Bonus Sunset Scene
      An intimate, golden-hour set with elevated styling and direction—perfect for portfolio hero images and social media hooks.

    • Networking Cocktail Hour + Speaker Panel
      Join an intimate group of speakers and industry professionals for a cocktail hour focused on:

      • How to break into the wedding industry

      • What planners, venues, and high-end couples look for

      • Practical ways to leverage the content you create at the retreat for your own marketing

    • Three-Course Dinner at Elora Mill
      End the day with a beautifully curated dinner hosted by the Elora Mill culinary team a chance to connect, debrief, and celebrate the work created throughout the day.

    All experiences above are fully covered for the scholarship recipient. Travel and accommodation are not included.

      Wanting to capture their work in carefully styled scenes, build relationships with photographers, and gather content for marketing and proposals.

      Focused on weddings, creative entrepreneurs, or lifestyle brands, looking to refine their craft and create high-value content in a curated setting.

      A link to your website, Instagram, or a shared gallery that represents your current work.

  • How much is the scholarship worth?
    The scholarship covers the full experience of Day 2 of the retreat, including three scenes, the VIP sunset scene, the networking cocktail hour, and a three-course dinner. Travel, accommodation, and additional personal expenses are not included.

    Do I need to be local to apply?
    No. Creatives from any location are welcome to apply, as long as they can attend in person on the retreat date.

    Is this for beginners only?
    Not necessarily. We welcome emerging and established creatives alike. What we’re looking for is intention, commitment, and a clear sense of how this opportunity will support your growth.

    Can I apply if my work is not strictly “wedding-focused” yet?
    Yes. If you’re actively moving toward the wedding industry (or adjacent creative fields like lifestyle, events, or editorial), you are welcome to apply.

    Will there be any follow-up requirements?
    We may request permission to share your experience and some of the work you create during the retreat on Park Hill Education and Park Hill Studios channels.
