Create across seven fully realized scenes, each with distinct models, locations, and design direction, resulting in a substantial body of editorial-ready content that reflects range, intention, and capability.
Learn directly from industry leaders through three guided education sessions, an expert open panel, and an intimate coffee session with Q&A alongside the lead instructors.

The retreat unfolds in phases — beginning with focused, hands-on preparation for floral designers, followed by two immersive days of multi-disciplinary education and curated wedding scenes.
All programming is intentionally structured to mirror the rhythm, collaboration, and expectations of a luxury wedding environment.

Day One is dedicated exclusively to our floral attendees and focuses on the behind-the-scenes preparation that defines a successful wedding day.
Hosted at Wildwood Floral and Event Design headquarters, this day covers floral prep, pre-design, ordering, organization, and workflow — offering a rare look into the planning and preparation that happens before a wedding ever begins.
Lunch and snacks are included.

Day Two brings all disciplines together for a full day of education, collaboration, and editorial-level wedding scenes.
The day includes multiple styled environments, educational lectures, hands-on demonstrations, branding portraits, and guided creative sessions — balanced with time for connection through coffee chats, an open expert panel, and a networking cocktail hour.
The evening concludes with a shared dinner experience and exclusive VIP access to a sunset scene.
Lunch, snacks, and 3-course dinner are included.

Sofiya will lead the ceremony scene and teach The Art of Texture and Colour, guiding attendees through thoughtful, design-led floral storytelling.

FOUNDER | THE SAOL PROJECT
Hannah is the owner of a micro-flower farm and floral design studio dedicated to growing beautiful, locally sourced blooms. Joining the floral lead team, she will lead an educational session on Bouquet Craft and Botanical Knowledge, guiding attendees through growing practices, seasonal availability, and how to effectively communicate and collaborate with local flower farms.
