Day One is dedicated exclusively to our floral attendees and focuses on the behind-the-scenes preparation that defines a successful wedding day.
Hosted at Wildwood Floral and Event Design headquarters, this day covers floral prep, pre-design, ordering, organization, and workflow — offering a rare look into the planning and preparation that happens before a wedding ever begins.
Lunch and snacks are included.

Day Two brings all disciplines together for a full day of education, collaboration, and editorial-level wedding scenes.
The day includes multiple styled environments, educational lectures, hands-on demonstrations, branding portraits, and guided creative sessions — balanced with time for connection through coffee chats, an open expert panel, and a networking cocktail hour.
The evening concludes with a shared dinner experience and exclusive VIP access to a sunset scene.
Lunch, snacks, and 3-course dinner are included.
